No. The mastermind assumes you’re a clinician, not an engineer — we give you the SOPs and the exact tools. On the agency side we install and run it for you.
Yes — we execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with every practice before any system touches patient data, and our AI stack is configured so protected health information stays inside covered systems.
If you have time and a team to execute, the mastermind is cheaper and you keep the capability. If you want it live this quarter without adding to your plate, take the agency path. The AI audit tells you which.
Done right it does the opposite — patients get answered in seconds instead of a voicemail, and your staff get their attention back for the people in the building.
The AI audit is free. The mastermind is $30,000 for twelve months, or $2,500 a month financed — the Academy is included. Agency engagements start at $5,000 a month and cover organic social, paid social, organic search and paid search; mastermind members pay half.
We no longer run billing as a service. Instead we train and onboard virtual billers for your practice at roughly half the cost of hiring locally — you keep the function in-house, at a lower run rate, with people we’ve trained.
